How do I know how much my order will cost?
Once you place an order a Can Do representative will contact you and go over all the details of the order. If there are any extra charges in addition to what your order confirmation indicated they will be outlined at that time. All shipping is estimated and is not included in the online confirmation. There is also a industry standard for many factories of an over/under run policy which will be detailed by your Can Do representative. All charges with estimated shipping will be confirmed by a Can Do representative.
Do you accept QR Codes as artwork?
Yes, we do print QR Codes on many products. We need the url that the code refers to so that we can create the vector art.
Do I have to have my artwork ready when I order?
It is preferred; however, you may upload your artwork after our representative has contacted you if you have questions. Orders are not usually processed until your art has been received and therefore the order could be delayed
Can you print my mulit-color logo in one color?
Possibly, we often can alter your design to be one color art. If there are rules for your logo we must be informed so that corporate brand integrity can be maintained
Can you alter my logo for me?
Yes, we have a full service art dept. and we can work with you on creating or changing your logo or design. We also work with cleaning up artwork to improve the quality of your images.
What formats do you accept?
Most promotional items need vector art in Illustrator, Freehand or Corel Draw formats. If the item is in full color a 300 dpi jpeg, tiff, bitmap, gif or psd can be used. If you have a different format, please let us know and we can assist you. Vector art needs fonts converted to outlines if possible. Can you colormatch my logo or artwork?
Our art dept and production team work closely with our customers to achieve the best quality color matching possible. In some cases PMS (Pantone Matching System) colors cannot be guaranteed and/or will be an extra charge
What are the Imprint Colors?
The imprint color is the color is the desired color to be produced on the item. If more than one color is used in your artwork there will be added costs for run and set-up charges. PMS (Pantone Matching System) colors are also sometimes extra. Your Can Do representative will go over your desired imprint colors and any associated extra charges in their communication with you.
What if I don’t have my own artwork?
If you do not have your own graphic, we offer a wide selection of fonts and clip art to choose for your design. We can also create art for you from scratch, drawing or concept.
What if I need to make changes after I order?
In most cases changes are possible until the order is through art or run. If you need to make any changes, please contact us as soon as possible. (1-800-325-7981). The Can Do representative will communicate if changes are still possible.
When will I receive my order?
When placing your order, you will be prompted to enter a desired “in-hands” date (date you need the products in your hands). From that date we will coordinate with you exactly if the date can be met and if there are any additional rush charges. If you do not put a date or confirm a date normal production schedules will be used and you will be notified once the order is in the system and confirmed.
